Born in Hampshire, but now living on The Epsom Downs with my husband and 2 dogs. I have been baking professionally for over a decade and a half. I have baked and delivered hundreds of custom cakes, I once owned a Cake Shop, I’ve written a cook book and I’ve been writing recipes for longer than I can remember. I’m now finding the best ways to help other bakers. Whether I’m experimenting in the kitchen, trying new ingredients or delving into my library of cookbooks, I love finding simple ways to make baking a little more interesting.
I’m all about sharing easy-to-follow recipes, handy tips, and down-to-earth advice that helps others feel more confident and inspired.
