Celebration Cake Terms and Conditions:
A 50% non-returnable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due on collection/delivery.
All booking forms will require a signature at time of booking to agree the design, and on collection before taking the cake.
All cakes must be collected from either our Romsey Cake Room or Stockbridge Shop. Deliveries are available but delivery charges will apply.
We will not make identical copies of another cake makers cake, or copyrighted brands because of intellectual property laws, and our own artistic integrity. However, we can make our own interpretations and are happy to discuss designs.
1 weeks notice is required for alterations to your order. Any alterations made later than one week cannot be guaranteed. Any changes may incur an additional cost no matter of notice period.
1 weeks notice is required to change the date and time of collection. Due to production schedules changes to delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed less than one week prior to agreed details above.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your cake please contact us within 12 hours of collection. We will assess the situation and endeavour to rectify any problems. Damage caused once the cake is collected from The Daisy Cake Company will be repaired at the cost to the customer. If you are not satisfied with either the taste or texture of the cake, we will require a sample to be returned within 24 hours of collection for an assessment to be made before any compensation is considered.
Issues with the visual appearance of the cake must be resolved before leaving our premises.
**DO NOT STORE YOUR CAKE IN THE FRIDGE, IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR IN WARM TEMPERATURES**

4 weeks notice is required for alterations to your order. Any alterations made later than 4 weeks cannot be guaranteed. Any changes may incur an additional cost no matter of notice period.
6 weeks notice is required to change the date and time of delivery. Due to production schedules changes to delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed less than 6 weeks prior to agreed details.
Cancellations of less than 6 weeks before your date will be required to be paid in full as we can rarely re-book with such little notice.
Set-up time is included within the price of your cake quote and is expected to take 2 hours or less. If the set-up exceeds 2 hours extra time will be charged at £20 per hour.
Mileage will be charged at 60p per mile if the venue is over 20 miles from our Romsey Cake Room.
All tolls and transport fees (such as ferry tickets) will be charged.

Once the cake is set-up and photographed for our reference, the cake is then the responsibility of the venue and/or bride and groom
